By accessing or using ManageMyComplex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ManageMyComplex is a property management platform that enables property managers to manage buildings, units, tenants, leases, work orders, and payments.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your property, tenant, or financial data. You may export your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

ManageMyComplex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
